When you create a new message with Gator, it is securely transferred to our servers via the Slack API where it is stored, encrypted, in our US-based databases.
As soon as your Gator message is delivered to its recipient, however, we redact your message's contents from our server. For this reason, the contents of most Gator messages lives on our servers for less than 24 hours.
Throughout this entire process, Gator does not intentionally store any personally identifiable information (PII) on our servers. But if you include PII or your customers' data in the contents of a Gator message, there may be additional factors you want to consider.
